“This acquisition marks a significant milestone for us,” said Ms. Sally Arn, Owner of Carter Nut Company. “By integrating shelling into our operations, we are enhancing our ability to deliver top-quality products and services to our customers. We are eager to leverage the opportunities this facility offers and support the continued success for our southeastern pecan growers. Our pecan industry has done a great job marketing the western-grown varieties, but I truly believe the eastern varieties have stories to tell the world that are unique and inspiring. I want the world to discover that Georgia’s pecans taste the best!”
