RMA Yield Exclusion – Bishop Hearing Question

USDA Risk Management Agency (RMA) Administrator Marcia Bunger testified before the U.S. House Appropriations Agriculture Subcommittee today. Rep. Sanford Bishop (D-GA) asked a question regarding yield exclusion for pecans (clip can be found here). Administrator Bunger responded that she would work with Rep. Bishop’s office on this issue.
